A privately-held boutique real estate investment company, Aminim has been acquiring, managing and selling commercial-grade properties for more than 20 years. Our focus is primarily on the United States multifamily market, with our current holdings concentrated in high-growth markets in the Southeast region.

Aminim’s mission is to place capital in a diversified portfolio of well-located multifamily investments across the United States, to professionally manage these assets to the satisfaction of our valued residents, and to generate attractive annual cash flow and appreciation throughout the ownership period for our partners.

Aminim’s team is dedicated to sourcing and acquiring the best deals in the most promising locations. Our hands-on approach means our team closely monitors the operational and financial progress of each asset throughout the hold period, regularly visits each asset, and conducts weekly and monthly meetings with the property and asset management teams on the ground. We constantly review and evaluate each property under ownership and each market in which we are invested, so that we can make real-time tactical and strategic decisions about each and every asset.

Aminim has traditionally focused its acquisitions along the U.S. East Coast, in the Southeast and in the South. Our ongoing mission to seek the most advantageous deals that match our and our partner’s goals, means that we are also actively pursuing opportunities in the Midwestern, Western and Pacific states.
