Our focus is primarily on the United States multifamily, residential, industrial and logistics markets. Aminim pursues acquisitions in markets and sectors across the U.S. which exhibit strong rent growth and long-term return potential, with a particular focus on top-performing markets in the Southeast and Midwest, as well as in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions. Aminim targets opportunities where we believe we can create value, stability and NOI growth, by improving property operations and management as well as physically upgrading the asset.

Aminim’s team is dedicated to sourcing and acquiring the best deals in the most promising locations. Our hands-on approach means our team closely monitors the operational and financial progress of each asset owned throughout the hold period, regularly visits each asset, and conducts weekly and monthly meetings with the property and asset management teams on the ground. We constantly review and evaluate each property under ownership and each market in which we are invested, so that we can make real-time tactical and strategic decisions about each and every asset.
Kelsey has over 14 years of experience in asset management, property management, deal analysis and asset disposition. Kelsey joined Aminim in 2023 and is a key member of the asset management team. She is responsible for overseeing the implementation and execution of property business plans and for general property management oversight of assets in both Aminim’s multifamily portfolio and the Apexus Logistics Fund portfolio.
Prior to joining Aminim, Kelsey spent 3 years at The Spectrum Companies, where she oversaw the lease-up, asset management and property management of various multifamily development projects, as well as the disposition of numerous assets. This followed her time at Cortland as an Investment Associate, and several years at Monument Real Estate Services where she was responsible for revenue optimization and regional oversight of thousands of units in the southeast. In her earlier career, Kelsey held various property and regional management positions in southeastern markets at PRG Real Estate. Kelsey holds a B.S. in Business Administration & Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and an M.S. in Finance & Investment Management from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
